VENDOR DETAILS

  1. Submit 1 of the 2 form options below based on what type of vendor you are.

  2. Vendor is subject to approval by the board. (Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the festival)

    PLEASE NOTE: We are limited to 8-10 food vendors and 40 retail vendors, making the process highly selective!

  3. Once approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent to confirm your spot, and it is due within 5 business days.

  4. A limited number of spots are available and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Food Vendor

  • Must be open for BOTH days

  • Electric available (no generators please!)

  • Highly encourage selling a product that incorporates green tomatoes!

  • $275 vendor fee (1st round pick due by March 1st, second round picks due April 1st)

  • Early Bird Vendor Fee: $75 (pay by March 1st)
